In the events sector, some projects require total involvement to truly shine. Recently, at Eventalia Group, we had the honor of taking on the challenge of the integral production of a key milestone for social action in Tenerife: the II Networking Meeting of the VI «Cuento Contigo» Educational Campaign.
Held in such an emblematic setting as MUNA (Museum of Nature and Archaeology) in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, this event aimed to connect educational centers with volunteer entities, fostering solidarity among the younger generation.
Integral Management: From Idea to Reality
What made this project special was our integral management approach. We didn’t limit ourselves to providing equipment; we took charge of shaping the event from its initial phase. When we talk about integral production, we mean controlling every piece of the gear to ensure the message comes across loud and clear.
Our intervention covered four fundamental areas:
- Conceptualization and Design: We worked on the event structure to ensure fluidity and coherence with the values of Tenerife Isla Solidaria and Sinpromi.
- Visual Identity: We handled graphic design, signage, and large-format printing, dressing the space to create a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Audiovisual Deployment: Technique is the heart of communication. We installed sound systems, microphones, and screens to ensure speeches and presentations had the necessary impact.
- Scenography and Setting: Through furniture and elements like the photocall, we transformed the space to facilitate networking and interaction among attendees.
Teamwork
The success of an institutional event of this nature lies in collaboration. We want to thank the Cabildo de Tenerife, Sinpromi, and Tenerife Isla Solidaria for the trust placed in us. Being your technical and logistical partner in initiatives that bring so much value to society is a source of pride for us.
We also want to highlight the work of presenter Guaci Alonso, whose professionalism on stage always facilitates our technical work and elevates the quality of the act.
